Accommodation is arranged as, ground floor: 3 steps to living room with exposed beams and french doors to patio area. Kitchen / dining room with tiled floor, fridge freezer, microwave, washing machine. On the first floor are 2 bedrooms: 1 double with a king size bed, a landing with 4 steps up to a smaller bedroom with full single bed size bunks. Both bedrooms have wardrobes. Bathroom with shower over bath, shaver point, basin and toilet.
